When is rent due?
Rent is always due on the first of each month.
How do I lease a property?
All adults 18+ must complete an individual application on our website, pay the application fee and be approved.
What are your requirements for application?
Our minimum requirements are:
Must be over 18 years old.
At least one applicant must have 620 or higher credit score.
Monthly earnings must be higher than 3 times rent.
We will review rental history, income, employment, criminal and eviction history, credit score
and debt to income ratio, and payment history.
No evictions in the past 7 years.
We DO NOT lease first come, first serve. Often, we have multiple applicants, and we approve
the MOST QUALIFIED group based on the criteria above.
How do you handle repairs and maintenance?
Any repairs or maintenance issues are to be reported through the online portal. Our goal is to promptly respond and handle any issues as they arise.
Do you allow pets?
Most of our properties will allow up to two pets, but some do not allow pets at all. It will be noted on the property description whether or not pets are allowed.
When do your leases start?
Generally, we have properties available each month throughout the year. Click here to see available homes.
How long are your leases?
Typically, it’s a 1-year lease. Sometimes we allow 2-year leases upon request.
